The projects herein seek to recapture space, both conceptually and concretely, against the ideological and material expansion of Empire. We locate our work within and against the social geographies of a Eurocentric global center. We are the voices from the periphery, we are the Other, that collective body that resists being occupied and made in/visible by the Center. Through a series of proyectos we hope to further the decolonizing pedagogies and methodologies driven by the historical and spatial necessity for a renewed existence.
